Terms & Conditions – Thirupatham Travel

Welcome to Thirupatham Travel! By booking our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Booking & Confirmation
  • All bookings must be made in advance through our official website, office, or authorized agents.
  • A booking will be considered confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.
  • Balance payment must be made as per the schedule informed at the time of booking.
  1. Payments
  • Payments can be made via cash, bank transfer, UPI, or online payment gateways.
  • Any additional charges like entry tickets, personal expenses, or extra services are to be borne by the customer.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to fluctuations in fuel, taxes, or government policies.
  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Cancellation by the customer must be informed in writing/email/WhatsApp.
  • Refund policy:
    • Cancellation 7 days before the trip: 80% refund.
    • Cancellation 3–6 days before the trip: 50% refund.
    • Cancellation within 48 hours: No refund.
  • In case of cancellation by Thirupatham Travel (due to unavoidable reasons), full refund will be provided.
  1. Travel Documents
  • Customers must carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License, etc.) during the journey.
  • For international travel, it is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure a valid passport, visa, and other necessary documents.
  1. Responsibilities & Liabilities
  • Thirupatham Travel acts only as a service provider and shall not be liable for:
    • Loss or damage to personal belongings.
    • Delays or cancellations caused by natural calamities, strikes, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    • Injuries, accidents, or medical emergencies during the trip.
  • Customers are advised to take travel insurance at their own cost.
  1. Code of Conduct
  • Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respect fellow passengers, guides, and local communities.
  • Any misconduct, damage to property, or unlawful activity may result in removal from the trip without a refund.
  1. Changes in Itinerary
  • Thirupatham Travel reserves the right to alter or modify itineraries due to weather conditions, operational issues, or safety concerns.
  • Efforts will be made to provide an alternative arrangement without compromising customer satisfaction.

Safety Policy

  • We prioritize the safety of our customers by partnering with trusted transport providers and trained guides.
  • Emergency assistance will be provided during the trip, subject to availability.
  • Customers must follow safety instructions given by guides and coordinators.

Child Policy

  • Children above 2 years of age will be charged as per child fare.
  • Children below 2 years may travel free (without seat allocation).
  • Parents/guardians are solely responsible for child supervision.

Health & Medical Policy

  • Customers with medical conditions must inform us at the time of booking.
  • Any medication, health check-ups, or special requirements must be arranged by the customer.
  • Thirupatham Travel is not responsible for health issues arising during travel.

Complaint & Feedback Policy

  • Customers can share complaints or feedback via email/phone.
  • We strive to resolve issues promptly and improve our services continuously.
